For the player who loves to call himself Superman, the free-throw line has always been kryptonite to Dwight Howard.

Teams would rather intentionally foul the Rockets' big man than defend Houston's sometimes potent offense. And rightfully so, as Howard is shooting 53 percent from the stripe this season.

So he must spend all of his time at practice honing his form at the free-throw line, right? Nope.
