Conley to miss Game 4, undergo further evalutation

Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley will not play in Game 4, thanks to facial fractures suffered in Game 3 when he collided with Portland's C.J. McCollum.

Here's what Memphis' head coach Dave Joerger had to say about the loss:

"He's got the biggest heart. He's the purest-hearted guy, he's a true leader, he's a winner, will do whatever's asked of him, and what isn't asked he looks for to help the team win. It's a big blow."

Already playing through a painful foot injury, Conley is averaging 16.0 points on 50 percent shooting in the playoffs, posting an impressive 23.2 PER

Memphis will definitely miss his ability to guard Damian Lillard (Conley's done a fantastic job making life difficult for Portland's All-Star) and how he can score from just about anywhere on the floor.

They can definitely still win the series without him, but their chances against Golden State would be just about zero if Conley isn't close to 100 percent.
