'Birdman' Chris Andersen makes appearance on HBO's 'Ballers'
HBO's hit show "Ballers" is a show centered around life in and around the NFL, and seemingly features a weekly cameo or two from a current or former NFL player.
The show is set in Miami, so it was only a matter of time until a Miami Heat player made a cameo. You just might not have expected it to be "Birdman" Chris Andersen.
On last week's episode, Birdman appeared as himself and nearly caused a brawl. In Andersen's one-minute scene, Ricky Jerrett, one of the show's main characters, finds his ex-girlfriend dancing with Andersen and proceeds to confront the two head on.
Jerrett starts mouthing off at his ex, before quickly moving the vitriol to Andersen. Birdman barks back, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (Spencer Strasmore in the show) steps in to break up a potential altercation, and Jerrett replies with the barb of the episode, saying, "LeBron did the right thing about going back to Cleveland."
