Jennie Finch was a national champion and Olympic gold medalist during her illustrious softball career. The former pitcher can now add undefeated managerial record to her resume.

Finch became the first woman to manage a professional baseball team Sunday, guiding the Atlantic League's Bridgeport Bluefish past the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs 3-1. Finch was serving as a guest manager for the Bluefish, joining Pete Rose and Paul O'Neil as the franchise's only guest skippers.

But Finch wasn't just making lineup changes Sunday. She also threw out the first pitch and talked to the fans before the game.

Finch, who guided the Arizona Wildcats to the 2001 Women’s College World Series title, helped Team USA to a gold medal in 2004 and a silver in 2008.
