Georgia vs Missouri live stream: Watch Bulldogs vs Tigers online
Here’s how you can watch Saturday’s Georgia vs Missouri live stream from Columbia online.
Starting a freshman quarterback has to be somewhat of an uneasy feeling for a head coach. Add in the fact that Kirby Smart is in his first year as the head man of Georgia and that brings with it even more stress. However, when that starting quarterback is five-star prospect Jacob Eason, tensions ease a bit.
Eason was one of the highest-rated recruits in the 2016 cycle, but has struggled a bit to open the season, nearly leading to a Week 2 loss against Nicholls State. However, the Bulldogs did beat No. 22 North Carolina handily in Week 1. The true freshman is completing just under 60 percent of his passes for 335 yards, two touchdowns and a pick.
Isaiah McKenzie has to be thought of as the breakout candidate on offense. The junior wide out has caught eight passes for 183 yards and two scores — that’s nearly 50 percent of the production in the pass game. Nick Chubb is the true star of the team, though, rushing for 302 yards and three scores on 5.8 yards per carry.
After losing to West Virginia in a hapless effort in Week 1, the Missouri Tigers are looking to repeat what they did against Eastern Michigan in their second game. A 61-21 win is a nice way to bounce back from a tough loss to open the season.
Sophomore quarterback Drew Lock has some starting experience, but he’s finally coming into his own for the Tigers, passing for 730 yards and six touchdowns with no interceptions. His 53 percent completion rate could use some work, though. With four receivers already over the 100-yard mark and three running backs with 70-plus yards on 10-plus carries, the Tigers’ offense isn’t void of weapons.
