KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Jordan Bowden scored 11 straight points during a 23-0 run that broke the game open Tuesday as Tennessee breezed to a 90-50 victory over Presbyterian.

Lamonte Turner had 24 points as Tennessee (4-3) won its third straight to go over .500 for the first time all season heading into Sunday's game at No. 7 North Carolina.

Bowden, a freshman, finished with a career-high 21 points. Eleven of those points came in a span of 75 seconds as he sank three straight 3-pointers and followed that flurry with a steal and dunk.

Turner and Bowden shot a combined 12 of 21 from 3-point range.
