Jacksonville pulls away from Stetson in overtime 96-88

DELAND, Fla. (AP) Kori Babineaux scored 28 points and Jacksonville pulled away from Stetson in overtime 96-88 on Saturday.

Babineaux was 13 of 22 from the field and had seven assists. J.R. Holder added 20 points and 11 rebounds, Josh Adeyeye had 16 points and Marcel White 15. The Dolphins shot 50 percent for the day.

Jacksonville (15-11, 7-2 Atlantic Sun) got out quickly in the extra session - Darien Fernandez' 3-pointer with 2:14 left put the Dolphins up by eight - and Stetson didn't recover.

Adeyeye hit a 3-pointer with 4:11 left to put Jacksonville up by seven. Stetson clawed back, and Divine Myles 3-pointer with 1:05 in regulation tied it at 77. When Holder's last-chance putback missed, it went to overtime.

Stetson (9-15, 3-5 Atlantic Sun) was led by Myles, who finished with 23 points. Brian Pegg scored 17 points and Derick Newton added 15.
