Indiana State halts 6-game skid, beats Bradley 77-58

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) Devonte Brown had 24 points as Indiana State halted a six-game skid, beating Bradley 77-58 in the regular season finale on Saturday.

Brown made 6 of 10 field goals and was 11 of 15 from the line. Brenton Scott added 11 points for Indiana State (14-16, 8-10 Missouri Valley Conference).

Indiana State stretched a 37-28 halftime lead to 43-28 by scoring the first six points in the second half. The Sycamores were up 46-30 with 15:34 left and coasted to the win.

The Sycamores shot 43 percent from the floor while holding Bradley to 19-of-54 shooting. Indiana State made 26 of 38 from the free throw line. The Braves made 12 of 19 attempts.

Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye led Bradley (5-26, 3-15) with 19 points. Ronnie Suggs matched his career high for treys, making 4 of 8 on his way to 15 points for Bradley, which has lost five of seven.
