Foreman sparks BU to 89-82 OT win over Lafayette

EASTON, Pa. (AP) Kyle Foreman scored 11 of his 13 points in overtime and Boston University beat Lafayette 89-82 Saturday for the Terriers' fourth consecutive win.

Foreman made the game's first basket and didn't score again until he made a steal, converted a 3-point play and added another layup for a 77-72 lead with two minutes left. Lafayette got within three but BU (14-11, 7-5 Patriot) made 12 straight free throws, including six from Foreman, to win.

Eric Fanning scored 19 points and Cheddi Mosely 16. John Papale added 15 points on five 3-pointers and Nathan Dieudonne 14 with 17 rebounds. Dieudonne, a 56 percent free-throw shooter, made two with 3.9 seconds left in regulation to tie. BU was 22 of 24 from the line.

Matt Klinewski scored 21 points for the Leopards (5-17, 2-9), losers of six straight, the last two in overtime. Monty Boykins added 17, Nick Lindner, with four treys, 15 and Paulius Zalys 14.
