Ball State rains 3s in 115-79 rout of Eastern Michigan

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) Sean Sellers scored 26 points - including a career-high seven 3-pointers - and Ball State made a school-record 18 of 39 from long distance to beat Eastern Michigan 115-79 on Saturday and sweep the season series.
It's the first time the Mid-American Conference's West Division leader has scored more than 100 points against a Division I opponent since its 105-104 loss to Akron on Jan. 4, 2003.
Franko House scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds - both career highs - and Francis Kiapway made four 3-pointers and scored 12 points as the Cardinals (19-10, 10-6) made 21 of 29 free throws. Bo Calhoun scored 15, Jeremi Tyler added 13 and Ball State hit 10 of 22 from beyond the arc in the first half and led 61-41 at halftime.
Sellers put Ball State up 102-75 with his sixth 3-pointer with 4:03 left and the Cardinals cruised.
Brandon Nazione scored 22 points for Eastern Michigan (15-14, 7-9).
