Brock Boeser - Ready for traning camp Boeser (illness) has resumed training and will be available for the start of training camp, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports Monday.
Impact Boeser missed Game 7 against the Oilers on May 20 due to his blood clotting issue but appears to have fully recovered. During the regular season, the 27-year-old saw action in 81 games in which he set new career highs in goals (40), points (73) and power-play points (25). Boeser should hold on to his first-line role ahead of the recently signed Jake DeBrusk -- though falling to the second line and playing with Elias Pettersson wouldn't exactly be a demotion.

Impact Desharnais compiled one goal, 10 assists, 41 shots on net, 122 blocked shots and 134 hits in 78 regular-season contests with Edmonton in 2023-24. He will serve as a depth defender for the Canucks.

Nathan Smith - Agrees to one-year deal Smith penned a one-year, two-way contract with the Canucks on Monday.
Impact Smith has just 14 games of NHL experience, all with the Coyotes, but has primarily served as a minor-league option. Selected by the Jets in the third round of the 2018 NHL Draft, the 25-year-old center will be hard-pressed to break into the Opening Night roster for Vancouver. Instead, expect Smith to spend the bulk of the 2024-25 season with AHL Abbotsford.

Impact Forbort played in just 35 regular-season games for the Bruins last season in which he tallied zero goals, four assists and 22 shots. The blueliner was more productive in terms of defensive stats, putting up 65 blocks and 68 hits. Still, given his lack of offensive upside, Forbort likely won't be on the radar of too many fantasy players heading into the 2024-25 campaign.
