Tyler Myers - Helpers in consecutive contests Myers recorded an assist and two hits in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blues.
Impact Myers has a helper in each of the last two games after going six contests without a point before that. The 34-year-old defenseman is up to seven points, 27 shots on net, 29 hits, 51 blocked shots, 16 PIM and a minus-4 rating through 27 appearances. Myers has a shot at a larger role while Filip Hronek (lower body) is sidelined, and it's at least leading to more offense for Myers.

Conor Garland - Nabs two assists in overtime loss Garland provided a pair of assists in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blues.
Impact Garland hasn't scored in December, but he has four helpers over five games this month. He's been held off the scoresheet in just two of the last 12 contests. The winger is up to eight goals, 17 assists, nine power-play points, 59 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 27 appearances, providing steady offense in a top-six role.

Brock Boeser - Dishes pair of assists Boeser notched two assists, two shots on goal and two PIM in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blues.
Impact Boeser helped out Elias Pettersson's power-play goal in the second period and Jake DeBrusk's game-tying tally in the third. This was Boeser's third multi-point effort over the last six games, a span in which he's earned a goal and six helpers. He's up to 18 points (eight on the power play), 43 shots on net, 25 hits, 12 PIM and a minus-4 rating through 20 outings overall.

Dakota Joshua - Opens scoring Tuesday Joshua scored a goal and added three hits in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blues.
Impact Joshua's first goal of the season came against his former team. The 28-year-old has held down a middle-six role over the last month, picking up three points, four shots on net, 13 PIM and 47 hits over 13 contests. He'll need to up his shot volume to have more success, but he can still make an impact with physical play.

Jake DeBrusk - Forces overtime Tuesday DeBrusk scored a goal on four shots and added two hits in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blues.
Impact DeBrusk continues to have the finishing touch -- he has six goals and an assist over five games in December after ending November with five points over four contests. The winger's tally Tuesday helped the Canucks salvage a standings point after trailing 3-1 at one point. DeBrusk is up to 13 goals, nine assists, 64 shots on net, 47 hits and a plus-3 rating over 27 appearances this season. As long as he's logging top-six minutes, he should be a reliable source of offense and hits.

Elias Pettersson - One of each Tuesday Pettersson scored a power-play goal on five shots, added an assist and blocked two shots in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blues.
Impact Pettersson helped the Canucks dig out of a two-goal hole, but they still fell in the extra session. This was his third multi-point effort over five games in December, and it snapped a five-game goal drought. The center is up to eight tallies, 26 points (eight on the power play), 53 shots on net, 35 blocked shots and 32 hits through 27 appearances in a top-six role.

Thatcher Demko - Takes overtime loss in debut Demko surrendered four goals on 25 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Blues.
Impact The Canucks came back from a 3-1 deficit, but they couldn't get the puck in overtime. Dylan Holloway had the decisive goal, handing Demko a defeat in his season debut after a nearly eight-month recovery from a knee injury. It's safe to assume Demko and Kevin Lankinen will share the goaltending duties for at least the rest of December unless one or the other gets on a hot streak. The Canucks' next game is a tough one at home versus the Panthers on Thursday.
