Nils Hoglander - Manages assist in loss
Hoglander notched an assist in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Impact
Hoglander racked up four points over the last six games of the season. The 24-year-old had a turbulent season at times, finishing with eight goals, 17 helpers, 83 shots on net, 76 hits, 30 PIM and a plus-5 rating over 72 appearances. He'll need to find a middle ground between his 24-goal, 36-point 2023-24 and this season's numbers, and even then, he's only an option in deeper fantasy formats.

Conor Garland - Secures 50-point season
Garland notched an assist, three shots on goal and two PIM in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Impact
With the helper, Garland reached the 50-point mark for the second time in his career. He's posted between 46 and 52 points in each of his four years with the Canucks as a reliable top-six winger. This year, he added 171 shots on net, 49 hits, 58 blocked shots, 52 PIM and a minus-13 rating over 81 appearances. Garland was good this season and could be better in 2025-26, which will be a contract year for him.

Pius Suter - Scores lone goal in loss
Suter scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Impact
Suter snapped a three-game slump with this goal. The 28-year-old ended the regular season at 25 goals, 46 points, 138 shots on net, 59 hits, 43 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating across 81 appearances. He's a pending unrestricted free agent, but he's been a good fit with the Canucks, so general manager Patrik Allvin will likely want to get Suter to sign a new deal.

Nikita Tolopilo - Takes loss in relief
Tolopilo allowed two goals on eight shots in relief of Kevin Lankinen (undisclosed) in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Impact
Tolopilo played the third period after Lankinen exited the game with a muscle strain. This was Tolopilo's second NHL appearance and his first loss -- he went 1-1-0 with three goals allowed on 24 shots over the last two games of the season. The 25-year-old goalie is likely to be reassigned to AHL Abbotsford to join that team's playoff run. When both Thatcher Demko and Lankinen are healthy, Tolopilo has no obvious path to NHL playing time.

Kevin Lankinen - Leaves game with muscle strain
Lankinen suffered an undisclosed muscle strain that forced him to exit Wednesday's game versus the Golden Knights, Thomas Drance of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Lankinen stopped 19 of 20 shots prior to his exit, and he won't end up with a result from the contest, as the scored was tied at 1-1. Nikita Tolopilo took over in goal for the Canucks. Lankinen ends 2024-25 with a 25-15-10 record, a 2.62 GAA, a .902 save percentage and four shutouts over 51 appearances. If the injury is significant, or even moderate, Lankinen may not be an option for Finland at the 2025 IIHF World Championship.
