Impact Palmer had a quiet day against the Falcons, as his 11 receiving yards accounted for his lowest total in a contest this season. The veteran wideout played 63 percent of the Chargers offensive snaps Sunday, his lowest snap since Week 10. Through 11 games, Palmer has recorded just 24 catches for 414 yards and one touchdown in what has been an underwhelming 2024 campaign for the fourth-year receiver. The 25-year-old will be remain difficult to trust for fantasy purposes as the Chargers head into a Week 14 matchup against the Raiders.

Impact Chark could see more of a roll with Ladd McConkey (knee/shoulder) dealing with a number of injuries in the final stretch of the season, but unless any of the usual starters is out, the veteran simply hasn't been a factor since returning from injured reserve back in Week 10.

Impact The Chargers were content letting the Falcons beat themselves benefitting significantly from Kirk Cousins' four interceptions. As a result, the offense overall was sluggish and ineffective. Quarterback Justin Herbert converted nine of his 16 pass completions to rookie Ladd McConkey, but the passing attack was otherwise a non factor. It's possible that the absence of J.K. Dobbins (knee) could have a dramatic difference on the rushing attack and therefore any threat of the play action, but it's hard to have any concrete takeaways when Los Angeles wasn't forced to take much action.

Impact Jefferson drew the start at strong safety with Derwin James spending the day at slot cornerback. Jefferson returned to the Chargers this past week after being let go in late September, making the most of his opportunity to start Sunday. Considering Los Angeles recorded four interceptions off Kirk Cousins in the win, it's possible that they operate with a similar configuration in the secondary moving forward.

Impact Maye was claimed by the Chargers on Wednesday and he was able to make a major impact in his team debut, picking off Kirk Cousins in the fourth quarter. The safety played 19 of the team's 76 defensive snaps in the contest and will likely operate in a similar role moving forward with Los Angeles.

Impact James played primarily at slot cornerback in Week 13, securing an interception to put the game on ice in the final moments of the fourth quarter. Additionally, the 10 tackles matched his season high, reaching that mark for the second time in three weeks. James has now compiled 75 total tackles (45 solo), including 2.5 sacks, while also adding an interception and six pass deflections over 11 games in 2024.
