INJURIES

Logs limited practice Wednesday Shenault (hamstring) practiced in a limited fashion Wednesday, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
Impact Shenault was forced out of this past Sunday's game against the Texans with a hamstring injury, but his presence at practice Wednesday, albeit in a limited capacity, appears to bode well for his chances of suiting up this weekend against the Packers. Halfway into his first pro season, Shenault is on a 16-game pace to log a 60/646/2 receiving line and a 22/108/0 rushing tally.

Could return Week 10 Shenault (hamstring) received good news from his MRI on Monday and has a chance to suit up in Green Bay on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Impact Shenault was ruled out during Sunday's loss to the Texans, but it looks as though the Jaguars have reason to believe he could return after just a one-game absence. Wednesday's first official injury report of the week will provide a more tangible update on the rookie second-round pick's health. If Shenault does manage to return Week 10, it looks like he'll operate with Jake Luton under center rather than Gardner Minshew (thumb).

Not returning Sunday Shenault (hamstring) won't return to Sunday's game against the Texans, John Shipley of SI.com reports.
Impact Shenault suffered the injury during the first quarter while catching a pass for minus-1 yard. It was the 22-year-old's only target of the game. Keelan Cole and Chris Conley should continue to see increased reps behind top receiver DJ Chark for Jacksonville.

Picks up hamstring injury Shenault is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Texans with a hamstring injury, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
Impact The 22-year-old caught his lone target for minus-1 yard before exiting during the first quarter Sunday. Chris Conley figures to see more snaps behind DJ Chark and Keelan Cole while Shenault is sidelined.

Leading receiver in loss Shenault caught all three of his targets for 44 yards in Sunday's 39-29 loss to the Chargers. He also gained zero yards on one carry.
Impact Most of his production came on a 36-yard grab in the second quarter that set up the Jaguars' first touchdown, but that was enough to make Shenault the team's leading receiver on the afternoon. The three targets were the rookie's lowest volume of the year, but that can be attributed to a Chargers pass rush that gave Gardner Minshew little time to let routes develop downfield. Jacksonville will be on bye Week 8, but Shenault could be catching passes from a different quarterback on the other side of the break, as Minshew's job security is shaky following six straight losses.

Good to go Sunday Shenault (hamstring) won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Impact The rookie second-round pick never progressed to full practice participation this week, but the limited activity won't affect his availability for the game in Los Angeles. Shenault will look for a rebound performance after catching three passes for only 10 yards during a Week 6 loss to the Lions.

Logs limited session Shenault (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Impact Shenault is on the injury report with a hamstring injury for the third straight week. The rookie out of Colorado has avoided missing time and even logged his highest snap shares of the season over the last two games, so there isn't much concern about Shenault's status moving forward. Shenault is coming off his worst game of the season, as he caught just three passes for 10 yards against the Lions, so he's looking to bounce back this Sunday against the Chargers, who have let up 268 passing yards per game this year.
OCTOBER 21, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Takes step back Shenault recorded three receptions on seven targets for 10 yards in Week 6 against the Lions.
Impact Shenault saw a healthy seven targets, good for the second highest mark of his young career. However, he turned that into little production, with his longest gain of the day going for only four yards. Instead, he was overshadowed by Keelan Cole, who recorded six receptions for 143 yards Sunday. Even with this setback, Shenault has had a promising rookie season and had topped 75 receiving yards in each of his past two contests. He'll look to get things going again as the Jaguars take on the Chargers in Week 7.
OCTOBER 19, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Clear of injury designation Shenault (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Impact The rookie second-round pick began the week not practicing due to a hamstring issue, but he progressed throughout the week to avoid the questionable tag. Shenault has 12 receptions for 165 yards over the past two games and figures to be heavily involved again Sunday, especially if DJ Chark (ankle) is unable to suit up.
OCTOBER 16, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Upgrades to limited activity Shenault (hamstring) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Impact Shenault took a step forward in terms of activity from Wednesday, when the Jaguars listed him as a non-participant. At this stage, Shenault appears to be in a better spot physically than fellow starting wideout DJ Chark, who missed a second straight practice Thursday on account of an ankle injury. The Jaguars will reveal whether Shenault and Chark will carry injury designation into Sunday's game against the Lions shortly after Friday's practice concludes.
OCTOBER 15, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
No practice Wednesday Shenault (hamstring) won't participate in Wednesday's practice.
Impact Shenault was limited in practice last week with the same injury, but he suited up in Sunday's loss to the Texans and played a career-high 69 percent of offensive snaps while finishing with seven receptions for 79 yards on eight targets. The Jaguars may simply be granting the rookie some extra rest Wednesday. He'll have two more chances to practice prior to Jacksonville's Week 6 game against the Lions.
OCTOBER 14, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Leads way in receiving Shenault recorded seven receptions on eight targets for 79 yards in Week 5 against Houston.
Impact Shenault led the team with eight targets, most of which came before D.J. Chark exited the game in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury. He picked up chunk gains of 15, 25, and 13 yards, highlighted by a play late in the first half in which he split the Texans' secondary deep. After recording 30 receiving yards in each of his first three professional games, Shenault has combined to produce 165 yards in his past two contests. He'll look to maintain that level of involvement in the offense in Week 6 in a positive matchup against the Lions.
OCTOBER 12, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Cleared for Week 5 Shenault (hamstring) won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Texans.
Impact The 22-year-old began the week as a limited practice participant but showed enough to avoid the questionable tag for Week 5. Shenault caught five passes for a career-high 86 yards last week against the Bengals.
OCTOBER 9, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Ready to play Houston Shenault (hamstring) is clear of the injury report for Sunday's game against the Texans.
Impact The rookie second-round pick worked as a limited practiced participant Wednesday through Friday after suffering the hamstring injury Week 4. Shenault was able to avoid any setbacks at practice and is should play his usual role for the Jaguars on Sunday.
OCTOBER 9, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Practice reps capped again Shenault (hamstring) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
Impact Shenault has put together two straight limited practice sessions since picking up a hamstring injury Week 4. It's encouraging to see that the rookie second-round pick has been able to consistently see the practice field in some capacity, and coach Doug Marrone said earlier this week that he "has a chance" to face the Texans on Sunday.
OCTOBER 8, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Limited to begin week Shenault was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury.
Impact Shenault likely picked up the injury in Jacksonville's Week 4 loss to the Bengals, during which he notched a career-best 86 receiving yards while hauling in five of six targets. According to Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com, coach Doug Marrone said Wednesday that Shenault "has a chance" to suit up Sunday in Houston, though a final decision on the rookie's availability could come down to what he's able to do in practice over the next two days.

Career-best receiving total in loss Shenault caught five of six targets for 86 yards and rushed once for five yards in Sunday's 33-25 loss to Cincinnati.
Impact A large chunk of Shenault's production came in the two-minute drill at the end of the first half, as he recorded three catches for 59 yards to set up a 20-yard field goal. He finished nine receiving yards shy of DJ Chark's team-leading total, but Chark found the end zone twice while Shenault has now gone three weeks without a touchdown after scoring in his NFL debut. Shenault more than doubled his previous career high of 37 receiving yards, and he'll look to build off this performance in Week 5 against the winless Texans.
OCTOBER 4, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Posts five catches in loss Shenault secured five of six targets for 33 yards and rushed once for one yard in the Jaguars' 31-13 loss to the Dolphins on Thursday.
Impact The versatile rookie mainly stuck to receiver duties in the lopsided loss, a departure from Week 2 in particular, when he logged five rushes. However, his work through the air ticked up, as the six targets Shenault logged Thursday were his most yet through three games. The Colorado product figures to be progressively involved in multiple facets as the season unfolds, with the 10-day time span until a Week 4 road matchup against the Bengals potentially affording offensive coordinator Jay Gruden extra time to devise some specialty plays for the second-round pick.

Totals 72 scrimmage yards Shenault rushed five times for 37 yards and caught three of four targets for 35 yards during Sunday's 33-30 loss to Tennessee.
Impact The rookie's receiving numbers were nearly identical to the season opener -- minus the touchdown -- but he was more involved in the run game this week. The Jaguars continue to utilize Shenault as a flex back/receiver, and he appears to have a consistent role in the offense to open the season.
