Shows off return skills Felton caught two of three targets for 13 yards and returned seven punts for 103 yards in Sunday's 26-6 win over the Bears.

Impact Felton got an expected bump in playing time on offense with Jarvis Landry (knee) on the injured list -- 11 snaps, an increase of eight plays from Week 2 -- but the rookie had a bigger impact in the return game. Two of his seven returns had Cleveland starting around midfield and led to scores. Landry is out for at least two more weeks, so there will be chances for more offensive output for Felton, who scored a touchdown in Week 2, but his main value is in the return game. He leads the NFL with 129 punt-return yards, and his 11.7 yards per return ranks third among players with at least three returns.

Impact After playing exclusively on special teams in the Week 1 loss to the Chiefs, Felton provided a spark for the Browns on only three offensive snaps in the Week 2 win over the Texans. The rookie sixth-round pick out of UCLA was targeted twice during his limited time on the field, hauling in both looks for 51 yards, most of which came after the catch. Though Felton is listed on the Browns' unofficial depth chart as a running back, he has plenty of experience playing out of the slot from his college days at UCLA, making him well suited for reps at receiver. Along with Felton, Odell Beckham (knee) -- who could make his season debut Sunday -- and fellow wideouts Donovan Peoples-Jones, Rashard Higgins and Anthony Schwartz should absorb some of Landry's vacated target volume, while Stefanski could also make more use of two-tight end sets.

If it were a regular season game, it's likely that would have been three points, but head coach Kevin Stefanski took the gamble in a preseason game. His punt return led to a field goal. The versatile Felton flashed early in camp and showed he was worth a roster spot in all three preseason games. He opened Sunday's game as the first kickoff returner, then played in the slot on the opening series while motioning into the backfield for some plays.
