INJURIES

Underwhelms again Tuesday Bitadze had 12 points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-8 FT), six rebounds and four assists in 25 minutes during Tuesday's 128-119 loss to Milwaukee.
Impact Bitadze failed to deliver despite another start Tuesday, and he's becoming a frustrating fantasy option. Despite having a fantastic opportunity handed to him, he has not been able to produce to the level fantasy managers hoped. While he is still worth holding in most places, shifting him out to open up a streaming spot is a valid strategy.
FEBRUARY 16, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Solid performance sans Sabonis Bitadze produced 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three blocks, two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 30 minutes during Tuesday's 133-112 loss to the Hawks.
Impact With Domantas Sabonis traded to the Kings and Myles Turner (foot) still out, Bitadze was back in the starting lineup Tuesday. The third-year big man scored in double figures once again and has now notched at least 10 points in all five of his starts. He also registered multiple blocks and steals in the same game for the first this season. In the absence of Sabonis, the starting center job appears to be Bitadze's to lose, though fellow frontcourt players Oshae Brissett and Terry Taylor both garnered significant roles off the bench.
FEBRUARY 9, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Starting Tuesday Bitadze will start Tuesday's game against the Hawks, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
Impact With Domantas Sabonis traded to the Kings and Myles Turner (foot) still out, Bitadze should claim the starting center job for the foreseeable future. In his four starts this season, he's averaged 14.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 26.8 minutes. Assuming he can continue that production, he makes for a good waiver pickup in most leagues.
FEBRUARY 9, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Claims backup center role in return Bitadze (foot) finished with four points (1-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and two rebounds across 16 minutes Sunday in the Pacers' 98-85 loss to the Cavaliers.
Impact The banged-up Pacers got two players back in their frontcourt Sunday, though Bitadze's return from a four-game absence from a sore foot was less notable compared to two-time All-Star Domantas Sabonis' own comeback from a recent stint in the COVID-19 health and safety protocols. As expected, Sabonis stepped back into the starting five, albeit on a slight playing time restriction (26 minutes). Bitadze, meanwhile, who had started in four of his last five appearances while averaging 14.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 26.8 minutes in those outings, predictably saw a decline in both his production and playing time. Bitadze won't be a lock to maintain a rotation spot moving forward, as Indiana will eventually add rookie first-round pick Isaiah Jackson (ankle) back to the mix and could be keen on making his development more of a priority.
FEBRUARY 7, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Back in the mix Sunday Coach Rick Carlisle said Bitadze (foot) will be available for Sunday's contest against the Cavaliers, Tony East of the West Indianapolis Community News reports.
Impact Bitadze has missed four straight games, but he'll return to action Sunday. Domantas Sabonis (COVID-19 protocols) is also active, so the Pacers' frontcourt is healthier than it's been in a while.
FEBRUARY 6, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable Sunday Bitadze (foot) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Cavaliers, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
Impact The center has missed the past four games. His return would be extremely welcome given how shorthanded the Pacers' frontcourt is. If he remains out, Terry Taylor could draw a second straight start.

Out Friday Bitadze (foot) is out Friday against the Bulls, James Boyd of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Impact Bitadze will miss a fourth straight game. With Domantas Sabonis and Isaiah Jackson (ankle) also out, Oshae Brissett (ankle) or Terry Taylor could start at center.

Game-time call Friday Bitadze (foot) is questionable for Friday's game against Chicago, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.

Out again Wednesday Bitadze (foot) won't play Wednesday against the Magic, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
Impact The injury isn't expected to be serious, but Bitadze is set to miss a third straight game after playing just two minutes during Friday's win over the Thunder. Agness relays that Oshae Brissett (ankle) practiced Tuesday and has a good chance of returning Wednesday, but either way, Isaiah Jackson will likely at least stick in the rotation with Bitadze sidelined.

Ruled out Monday Bitadze (foot) has been ruled out for Monday's contest against the Clippers, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.
Impact While Bitadze won't play, Youngmisuk relays that he's avoided a significant injury and is merely dealing with a bruise on his right foot. Domantas Sabonis (COVID-19 protocols) is also out and Oshae Brissett (ankle) is questionable, so the Pacers will likely have to rely heavily on Isaiah Jackson for Monday's contest.

Questionable Monday Bitadze (foot) is questionable for Monday's game against the Clippers.
Impact Bitadze was unavailable for Saturday's game against the Mavericks due to his sore right foot, but he'll have a chance to return Monday. If he remains out, Isaiah Jackson and Oshae Brissett (ankle) could see increased work.

Unavailable Saturday Bitadze (foot) is out Saturday against Dallas.
Impact Bitadze exited Friday's game against Oklahoma City due to right foot soreness, and the injury will prevent him from suiting up in the second half of the back-to-back set. Isaiah Jackson and Oshae Brissett should see slightly increased run against the Mavericks.
JANUARY 29, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Out for remainder of game Bitadze won't return to Friday's game against Oklahoma City due to right foot soreness, James Boyd of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Impact Bitadze played a minimal role in Friday's matchup, as he was held scoreless with a rebound and a block in two minutes. He'll be unavailable for the final few minutes of the game, but his status for Saturday's game against the Mavericks isn't yet clear.

Devonte Graham scored 25 points, Josh Hart had 22 points and 10 rebounds, and the New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Indiana Pacers 117-113

Registers first double-double Bitadze logged 16 points (6-14 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists and one block in 35 minutes during Saturday's 113-103 loss to the Suns.
Impact Bitadze got his second straight start in the absence of Myles Turner (foot) and Domantas Sabonis (ankle), and the big man did well with the opportunity by notching his first double-double of the campaign. The third-year center has gone for at least 13 points and eight boards in three of his past four contests and has blocked at least one shot in every game during that span. With Turner and Sabonis out for the forseeable future, Bitadze should be rostered in most fantasy formats.
JANUARY 23, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Ejection mars strong performance Bitadze closed with 13 points (5-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-5 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and one block across 31 minutes before getting ejected from Thursday's 121-117 overtime victor...
Impact With Domantas Sabonis (ankle) unable to play in the contest and Myles Turner (foot) still out of action, Bitadze was thrust into a starting role for the first time this season. The third-year center took advantage with a solid all-around stat line despite inefficient marks from the field and the charity stripe. Bitadze fell one rebound short of a double-double, and he would have likely accomplished the feat if not for getting ejected following a confrontation with Gary Payton II with nearly seven minutes remaining in regulation. Despite the late-game mishap, Bitadze looks to be in line for a big role with Sabonis and Turner unlikely to return in the immediate future, so he is worth a pickup in most fantasy formats, especially for managers in need of blocks and rebounds.
