Hunter Pence is among the most entertaining players in baseball, and he provided more proof of that in Thursday’s 10-7 win over the Mets.

He’ll never be ranked among the most graceful fielders or runners in the game, and Pence’s swings are rarely of the textbook variety. But it’s nearly impossible to find a guy who plays harder than the three-time All-Star right fielder.

Just check out this effort as he adjusts his swing to somehow make contact with this down-and-away breaking ball from Jacob deGrom – the result was an RBI single and both eyes nearly popping out of Pence’s skull.

Just try erasing that face from your memory today. Not gonna happen.
