College Football Week 2 Highlights: Oklahoma Closes Out Michigan

Week 2 of the 2025 college football season began with an in-state smackdown.

No. 16 Iowa State beat Iowa at Jack Trice Stadium on FOX's "Big Noon Saturday" in an epic defensive matchup, 16-13. Meanwhile, No. 23 Indiana handled Kennesaw State at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, 56-9.

Later, No. 6 Oregon and Colorado had dominant victories. The Ducks totaled 631 yards of offense in a 69-3 win, and the Buffaloes won 31-7 while trotting out three quarterbacks. 

In the nightcap, John Mateer led No. 18 Oklahoma to a 24-13 win over No. 15 Michigan.
