Impact Moore was widely expected to enter the 2026 NFL Draft, especially after the Ducks signed high-profile Nebraska transfer quarterback Dylan Raiola. Still, the gunslinger will return to school for his redshirt junior season after a career year in Eugene in which he tossed for 3,565 yards, 30 touchdowns and 10 interceptions, with 156 rushing yards and two scores to boot. Moore will be regarded as one of the best gunslingers in the nation this season; this is huge news for Oregon.

For 2024, he transferred to Oregon, where an immediate resurgence did not come. But after backing up Dillon Gabriel one season, Oregon named Moore starting quarterback, and he broke out. The sophomore's 2025 season features 296 pass completions on 412 attempts for 3,565 yards and a 30-10 TD-INT ratio. Though where Moore will be drafted remains questionable, one season is all he needed to earn top-level consideration.
