Impact Bean will make his fourth straight start, as expected, with Jalon Daniels (back) doubtful. Bean has completed 62-of-95 passes for 913 yards, nine touchdowns and two interceptions across his five appearances this season.

Expected to start Saturday Bean is expected to start Saturday against Oklahoma, head coach Lance Leipold told media, including Jon Kirby of Rivals.com, on Tuesday.

Impact Jalon Daniels continues to deal with a back injury and is considered questionable -- at best -- to play Saturday, and Leipold confirmed the Jayhawks will return from their bye week with Bean under center. Bean completed 23 of 34 passes for 410 yards, five touchdowns and two interceptions during the Week 7 loss to Oklahoma State, and he should remain the starter until Daniels is fully recovered and ready to go.
