Impact Bean showed no traces of being injured as he had his best game of the year against the Bearcats. The four total touchdowns were the most he's had since throwing for five scores at Oklahoma State in Week 7. With Jalon Daniels playing sparingly in 2023, Bean has had to step up as Kansas' primary quarterback. It's expected that Bean will be the Jayhawks' starter when they play in a bowl game.
