Impact Anthony scored three touchdowns through the first two games of the season, but was held in check versus the Green Wave. He saw his fewest targets (two) all year, and while the Duke passing game amassed 313 yards on the arm of Darian Mensah, it wasn't all that efficient and in Anthony's case, his production suffered as a result. Anthony and the Blue Devils will look to bounce back next week against NC State.

Impact Barkate was the most-targeted Blue Devil receiver in Duke's loss to Tulane. He's now put together three solid weeks, but has still yet to find the end zone. This is a Duke passing game that gets lots of receivers involved, but Barkate remains one of quarterback Darian Mensah's favorite options, and considering how well the gunslinger has played through three weeks, that's great news for the receiver.

Impact Hagans lone catch was a 29-yard touchdown reception with Duke down big in the second quarter. The receiver hasn't been targeted all that much, with just seven targets in the past two weeks combined. Still, despite Duke's 1-2 start, Darian Mensah is playing well as a passer and Hagans should continue to have plenty of opportunities for big days in this offense.

Impact Brown bounced back after catching just one pass for 17 yards against Illinois with a much better day against Tulane. His nine targets were the most the receiver has seen all year, and he's locked himself in as a favorite target of Duke gunslinger Darian Mensah, who is off to a great start throwing the football in 2025.

Impact Moore has struggled to find room on the ground this season through three games, and Duke's latest loss was no different. Moore has been limited to 24 carries for 115 yards and one score through three contests. Duke used four running backs against Tulane to try to find a spark, and true freshman Nate Sheppard led the way on the ground with 75 rushing yards. Moore, meanwhile, isn't showing much in the way of explosiveness at the moment.

Duke went deep into its tailback room in Week 3, and Jaquez Moore remains the top dog, but Sheppard could be emerging here early in his career.

He appears to have good chemistry with Darian Mensah, and the two should continue what's been a mutually beneficial relationship this season.

Impact Moore only managed to log 30 yards in Week 2 as he was largely bottled up on the ground again. In the opener against Elon, he ran for 44 yards and a score on just seven carries. Moore's four catches for 44 yards helped him salvage the day somewhat, but Duke was playing catch-up with Illinois for much of the game, which prevented the Blue Devils from truly establishing a rushing attack.
