Quimari Peterson - Available Monday Peterson (hamstring) is available to play in Monday's game against Auburn.
Impact Peterson was questionable to play as he worked his way back from a hamstring injury but seems to have gotten past it. The senior guard will look to make an impact with his new team.
NOVEMBER 3 • ROTOWIRE
Desmond Claude - Ruled out Monday Claude (ankle) will not play in Monday's game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
Impact Claude will miss the season-opener as he continues to work his way back from an ankle injury that has been lingering for several weeks. The senior guard will aim to be back on the court for Thursday's meeting with Denver.

Desmond Claude - Likely to play in opener Claude (ankle) is expected to be available in the season opener against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Monday, Nov. 3, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Claude didn't play in the exhibition game against UNLV, but he's expected to be ready for the season opener on Nov. 3. When healthy, Claude should be a regular fixture in the Huskies' starting lineup.
OCTOBER 28 • ROTOWIRE
Zoom Diallo - Should be available for opener Diallo (concussion) is expected to be available in the season opener against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Monday, Nov. 3, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Diallo missed the exhibition contest against UNLV due to a concussion, but the expectation is that he'll be ready to play in the opener on Monday. Diallo finished the 2024-25 season as the Huskies' starting point guard and should have a steady role in the backcourt again in 2025-26.

Quimari Peterson - Expected to play in opener Peterson (hamstring) is expected to be available in the season opener against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Monday, Nov. 3, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Peterson has been dealing with a hamstring injury and was a DNP in the exhibition game against UNLV earlier this month. However, the latest developments suggest that he should be available to play in the regular-season opener. He's likely to see minutes off the bench for the Huskies.

Zoom Diallo - DNP for exhibition game Diallo (undisclosed) did not play during Sunday's exhibition game against UNLV, according to Percy Allen of The Seattle Times.
Impact An injury bug is affecting Washington, and Diallo may be another victim, though his problem is undisclosed. Having finished the 2024-25 Huskies' season as their starting point guard, he will aim to keep a big role. However, Diallo can only do that by staying healthy, which he will look to be when they begin their regular season Nov. 3 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
OCTOBER 19 • ROTOWIRE
Quimari Peterson - Hamstring injured before season Peterson (hamstring) did not play during Sunday's exhibition game against UNLV, according to Percy Allen of The Seattle Times.
Impact A hamstring injury will be why Peterson enters Washington's season opener questionable, at least for the time being. After averaging nearly 20.0 points and 3.0 three-pointers made last season, he made a big jump in competition by transferring from East Tennessee State to Washington. To make the move worthwhile, Peterson's objective is maximizing his time, though it is not for certain he can do that.
OCTOBER 19 • ROTOWIRE
Desmond Claude - Ankle injury causes exhibition DNP Claude (ankle) did not play during Sunday's exhibition game against UNLV, according to Percy Allen of The Seattle Times.
Impact Washington's 2025-26 team logged its only exhibition game without Claude, meaning he has no in-game opportunity to acclimate before the Huskies begin their regular season Nov. 6 against Denver. Considered to be one of the Big Ten Conference's most proven guards, them not having him available would be big. The severity of Claude's ankle injury is unknown, with his only certainty being a questionable status.

Christian Nitu - Held out with toe injury Nitu (toe) is currently unavailable for Washington and there's no clear time-table for his return, per Percy Allen of The Seattle Times.
Impact Nitu spent 2024-2025 with Florida State, but only averaged 6.9 minutes across 22 games. The forward's status for the Huskies' season opener is now in jeopardy, and Washington's front court as a whole is banged up as Mady Traore is out for the year and Jacob Ognacevic is out for three moths.
OCTOBER 9 • ROTOWIRE
Mady Traore - Shut down for 2025-2026 Traore will miss the 2025-2026 season after he suffered a foot injury in practice, per Percy Allen of The Seattle Times.
Impact Traore transferred to Washington in June after playing one year for JUCO Frank Phillips College. Prior to that, he played for New Mexico State and Maryland. Traore was expected to be a backup member of the Huskies' front court, but he's now forced to miss what would be his senior season.
OCTOBER 9 • ROTOWIRE
Jacob Ognacevic - Out for three months Ognacevic will be sidelined for three months after injuring his foot in practice, per Percy Allen of The Seattle Times.
Impact Ognacevic was set to be a starting member of the Huskies' front court after transferring over from Lipscomb, where he averaged 20.0 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists last season. This is a tough blow for Washington, and now sophomore forward Bryson Tucker, also a transfer, will likely be asked to step up in his absence. Ognacevic's timetable for a return puts him in action in mid-December.
