Impact Diallo's 24 points were a season-high as Washington picked up a big win over Utah to close out its non-conference slate. The guard was assertive, as his 14 shots tied a season high, and he also dished out a season-high seven assists, shining as a passer. Diallo appears to be coming into his own over the last three or so games -- good timing with Big Ten play on tap next.

Impact It's been a tale of two months for Peterson at this point in the 2025-26 season. The guard scored in double figures in every game in November, but has been held to single digits in the box score in all but one game in December. He's worked his way back into the starting five the last two games, but that hasn't led to more production. At the moment, Peterson's arrow is pointed in the wrong direction as Big Ten play approaches.

Impact Kepnang hit double-digit rebounds for just the second time this season, but he also swatted a whopping six shots, the second time in 2025-26 he's achieved that. The senior center hasn't offered much in the way of scoring, but he's averaging 6.9 rebounds and 2.5 blocks this year. He'll now look to remain a strong paint presence in Big Ten play.

Impact Washington's season has had its share of shortcomings thus far, but Steinbach continues to be a revelation in Seattle. The forward is averaging 18.1 points and 12.0 rebounds and has a double-double in all but two games this season. The forward has immediately established himself as one of the best big men in the Big Ten with conference play on tap next.
