Impact Lanier served as the team's leading scorer during Sunday's elite eight loss despite shooting an inefficient 22.2 percent from the field. During his final collegiate season, the senior forward averaged 18.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 37 outings in addition to scoring a combined 84 points across four games played in the tournament.

Impact Gainey was one of the few bright spots on offense for the Vols, scoring 17 points on 50 percent shooting from the floor. Despite the disappointing result, the 6-foot-4 senior had a productive tournament, averaging 13.3 points per game while helping Tennessee make a run to the Elite Eight. Overall, Gainey averaged 11.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per game in his final collegiate season.
