Pharrel Payne - Receives medical waiver Payne (leg) has received a medical wavier from the NCAA, per Ben Geffner.
Impact Payne previously announced that he would return to Maryland if he were to receive a medical waiver. The 6-foot-9 center will now be able to shift his focus to recovering from a leg injury he suffered last year. Impact McNair spent three seasons at Boston University and is coming off his best year yet. The 6-foot-5 guard averaged 16.9 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 44.4 percent from deep in 7.3 attempts per game. The dynamic shooter will now take his talents to the Terps for his senior season.
