Myles Rice - Stays quiet in sixth Big Ten loss Rice finished Tuesday's 88-71 loss to USC with four points (2-4 FG) and three rebounds over 13 minutes.

Impact Rice had been a boom-or-bust player in the early goings of the season, but it's been all bust as of late, as he's been held to fewer than seven points in each of his last five games. A significant drop in playing time doesn't help; he's averaging 14.0 minutes per game since Dec. 28. Still, Rice has been too inconsistent for fantasy managers to trust.

Andre Mills - Quiet in move to bench Mills amassed three points (1-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt), one assist and one block in 13 minutes during Tuesday's 88-71 loss to USC.

Impact Mills had started the last four games for the Terps, but he was moved to the bench for just the fourth time this season and predictably, he didn't offer much in the way of production. 13 minutes isn't much time on the court, but Mills still put up four shots; he just couldn't convert more than one of them. As long as the freshman guard's minutes and place in the Maryland rotation continue to fluctuate, he should be viewed with extreme caution from a fantasy perspective.

Isaiah Watts - Stays quiet in another loss Watts finished with five points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, one assist and two steals over 34 minutes during Tuesday's 88-71 loss to USC.

Impact Watts looked to be potentially turning a corner in late December/early Janury when he scored 17 points and 11 points in back-to-back games. Since then, however, Watts has totaled just seven points in three games. The junior guard simply cannot be relied upon to produce on a nightly basis, both in real life and from the perspective of a fantasy manager.

David Coit - 30-piece doesn't get it done Coit totaled 30 points (9-18 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 8-9 FT), one rebound, one assist and one steal in 35 minutes during Tuesday's 88-71 loss to USC.

Impact Coit notched his third 30-plus point outing of the season, but Maryland still lost to USC in a landslide. The senior guard is having a career year at the high-major level, averaging 13.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists on very solid efficiency (40/38/90 shooting splits). From an individual perspective, especially with his tendency to erupt for huge outings, fantasy managers should keep tabs on Coit. Still, it's worth noting he's been wildly inconsistent, so he must be deployed wisely.

Darius Adams - 11 points in yet another loss Adams logged 11 points (3-5 FG, 5-6 FT), two rebounds and one steal across 16 minutes during Tuesday's 88-71 loss to USC.

Impact Adams has done all he can as a freshman on this struggling Terps team, but his third straight double-digit scoring outing wasn't close to enough to help Maryland avoid an 0-6 start in conference play. He's had some growing pains, which is to be expected, but he's still averaging 12.5 points and 3.8 rebounds. Adams will continue to be a fixture for the Terps even as they stumble through Big Ten play.

Solomon Washington - Struggles from field in loss Washington amassed 11 points (3-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT) and eight rebounds across 23 minutes during Tuesday's 88-71 loss to USC.

Impact Washington needed 10 shots to hit 11 points. He remained active on the glass with eight rebounds, but he's still shooting under 40 percent from the field and just 22.2 percent from three. Washington has never been the most efficient scorer, but this Terps team desperately needs more cohesive offense. The forward has yet to provide that consistently.

Impact Saunders has been wildly inconsistent this season, and nothing illustrates that better than him scoring a season-high 17 points on 13 shots in the Terps' last game, only to come back and attempt just three shots from the field in the next game. Saunders inconsistency is alarming and Maryland has been awful this season -- fantasy managers should likely keep their distance at this point.
