Leading scorer as UW moves to 4-0 Blackwell produced 24 points (6-11 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one steal across 30 minutes during Monday's 94-69 victory over SIUE. Impact Blackwell dropped 24 points after a quiet eight-point showing against Ball State. The junior guard was aggressive but tactical, putting up 11 shots and draining five three-pointer. Wisconsin needed its star guard to take another leap this season, and through four games, with Blackwell averaging 19.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists on 50/50/91 shooting splits, it's safe to say he's answered the bell. Things get significantly more difficult against BYU on Friday afternoon, however.
