Impact Mara's scoring has cooled off the past two games, but he still managed to contribute on the glass and as a passer, especially in the first half, when he notched all four of his assists. Something that's holding back Mara's scoring? He's struggled from the free throw line, shooting a career-low 41.7 percent on the season. He's just 7-of-20 from the charity stripe in his last three games. Otherwise, the junior center is still enjoying a career year statistically, and Michigan remains perfect on the season.

He'll continue to be the Wolverines' center of gravity in the paint.

Impact Mara came off the bench for the first time all season Nov. 19 against Middle Tennessee, with no reason provided for the sudden switch. He still appeared in the game, however, notching an efficient double-double in just 21 minutes. He was back in action for Monday's blowout victory but only needed for 24 minutes, and the production followed accordingly. He'll be needed to protect the rim against Auburn's talented wings and forwards on Tuesday in the Players Era Festival.
