Unenthusiastic home run call by White Sox announcer

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 11:35 p.m. ET

Where's White Sox announcer Ken "Hawk" Harrelson when you need him?

Chicago White Sox catcher Tyler Flowers hit a two-run homer in the top of the 10th inning Tuesday to give the team a 6-3 cushion in a victory over the Twins

Outside of first baseman Jose Abreu's emergence and another season of Chris Sale dominance, the 62-75 White Sox have had little to celebrate.

Nevertheless, Flowers' shot failed to jolt White Sox television color man Steve Stone who offered one of the lamest home run calls you'll ever hear.

"It's a home run. Wooooow."

Did Stone have a tee time ruined by the extra frame!? The word "Wow" is there but it comes off more like a "Just shoot me."

Here's the GIF equivalent:

At the other end of the spectrum, there's this exuberant, nonsensical home run call in June from Mariners play-by-play man Dave Sims.
