Suns to give out socks on college night

PHOENIX -- The Suns on Friday will host College Night, courtesy of FOX Sports Arizona, when the Suns take on the Detroit Pistons at Talking Stick Resort Arena. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.

The first 7,000 fans in attendance will receive a pair of Suns crew socks, courtesy of FOX Sports Arizona.

Suns Swag, including SUNS Glasses with a bottle opener and WeArePHX Koozies, will be handed out to the loudest fans in the student sections.

Students are invited to attend a happy hour in the Suns Social Lounge from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., featuring $3 beers and sodas, $1 hotdogs, and $5 barbecue sandwiches with a valid college ID. In addition, Suns baseball hats in various Arizona school colors will be available for purchase in the Team Shop.
