Aaron Donald looks to be in mid-season form ... six months from the start of the 2017 season.

The star of the Rams defensive line posted a video of himself flying through his workouts on Wednesday morning.

Donald, who has 28 sacks to his name in only three seasons of work, should benefit from new defensive coordinator Wade Phillips' aggressive strategy.
