Millsap, Splitter acquisitions highlight Hawks' busy roster day

The NBA Moratorium period ended Thursday, making it the first day teams could legally sign free agents.  The Atlanta Hawks were busy, officialy completing several moves they had agreed upon in principle last week but weren't able to finalize until Thursday.
