Pitcher Mariano Rivera III was drafted Tuesday in the fourth round of the 2015 MLB Draft by the Washington Nationals.
To say the right-hander from Iona College bears a resemblance to his father on the mound would be a major understatement.
Rivera not only looks like his dad on the mound, he apparently can bring the heat just like the legendary Yankees closer.
Rivera was selected by the Yankees in the 29th round of the 2014 draft, but he returned to the Gaels and was named the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year.

Rivera Jr. went 5-7 with a team-best 2.65 ERA (25 ER/85.0 IP) in 14 G/14 GS for Iona. He was named 2015 @MAACSports Pitcher of the Year.
