On the heels of the Browns benching Johnny Manziel after video emerged of him partying during Cleveland's bye week, a longtime Browns fan couldn't contain his emotion while discussing the state of the team on a local sports radio station.

"Bill" called the The Bull and The Fox radio show on 92.3 The Fan Tuesday and broke down in tears while condemning Manziel's behavior and calling him a "jerk," "moron" and "drunken bum."
