Left-handed reliever Jeff Beliveau will join Tampa Bay Rays teammates Evan Longoria and Ben Zobrist in Japan, as announced Wednesday.

Beliveau was added to the Major League Baseball All-Star Series to be held next month in Japan. Last Friday, Longoria and Zobrist were named to the roster, which includes All-Stars and other accomplished major leaguers.

The five-game series will include a contest each in Osaka (Nov. 12) and Sapporo (Nov. 18), plus three in Tokyo (Nov. 14-16). The players will also participate in exhibition games at Koshien (Nov. 11) and at Okinawa (Nov. 20).
