MIAMI (AP) -- Miami Dolphins first-round draft pick DeVante Parker has been ruled out Sunday at Buffalo, the latest setback in his season-long struggle to come back from offseason surgery on his left foot.
It will be the first game Parker has missed, but he has only four catches this year.
Rookie running back Jay Ajayi was activated Saturday and could make his NFL debut against the Bills. He had been on the reserve injured-designated for return list because of a chest injury.
