Cowboys plan to sit Dez Bryant against Vikings

Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant tells me he wants to play in Saturday's preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings at AT&T Stadium.

But the Rolling Stone cover guy might have to reflect on a Rolling Stones lyric, because you can't always get what you want.

"I'm not so sure we're satisfied that it's necessary for him to extend that (hamstring strain) that he's got," Cowboys owner Jerry Jones tells 105.3 The Fan. "Let's give him the rest. We don't have to have him that  night. That's the way I would look at it, and do look at it."
