On the bright side of Cardinals right-hander Shelby Miller's demotion from the starting rotation to the bullpen, he'll get to spend a lot more time with relief pitchers.
For his initiation into that clan of oddballs on Sunday, Miller had to stand atop an outfield wall and fall back onto the outstretched arms of his new compadres.
What other kinds of weirdness await Miller? Probably other nostril-assaulting sick games like the one Derek Holland and members of the Rangers bullpen play, the ominously titled "fart bottle roulette."
