WATCH: Manziel refuses comment on partying video

Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel didn't have much to say Monday when asked about the video that surfaced of him allegedly partying during the bye week -- the same bye week that Manziel vowed he would spend not becoming a distraction after he was named the team's starting quarterback.
Manziel, speaking at a volunteering event at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, said he could not comment on the veracity of the video because he hadn't seen it. But he didn't deny that he was out and about in Austin, Texas holding a large bottle of champagne either. Manziel, of course, spent 10 weeks at a rehab facility that specializes in alcohol and drug abuse earlier this year.
"Videos can be old. Videos can be all kinds of different things. So like I said, I'm not in a state to be able to speak on it because my focus has been on this today and what really matters in this game on Monday. So that's where my focus has been. I did get a chance to relax. So I haven't seen anything like that, and I'm not going to be able to speculate on it right now."
