The San Francisco 49ers officially have a new coach, and it's Chip Kelly.
San Francisco reached a deal with the former Philadelphia Eagles coach on Thursday, and immediately Twitter reacted to the thought of Kelly pairing his offense with divisive quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
