Former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach and current analyst for CBS' "The NFL Today” Bill Cowher was in a car accident on Sunday afternoon in New York City, the New York Daily News reports.
According to the police report and witnesses, Cowher was heading north in a black Mercedes-Benz when a woman driving a Ford Fusion going in the same direction cut him off attempting to turn onto E. 92nd St.
Cowher’s car hit the Fusion sending it into scaffolding, cracking a pole and sending construction material tumbling down into the street.
No one was hospitalized.
