Report: Cowboys have 'no interest' in RB Ray Rice

All offseason long, there has been speculation that the Dallas Cowboys would sign free agent running back Ray Rice. According to a recent report by the Star-Telegram's Charean Williams, a source has confirmed that the team will not be making a play for Rice at any point this offseason.
The Cowboys made two roster moves at the running back position earlier on Tuesday. They released running back Ryan Williams and added UDFA running back Gus Johnson to the 90-man roster. For a more in-depth analysis on what Johnson brings to the roster, head here. Keep an eye on him as training camp moves on.
The Cowboys will be keeping their eyes glued to the four running backs atop the depth chart right now. Joseph Randle, Darren McFadden, Lance Dunbar and now Johnson are now competing to carve out key roles within the offense. According to Williams, they will all get the opportunity to prove themselves before the Cowboys look outside the team to address the running back position.

The #Cowboys want to see the RBs on the roster. They haven't ruled out signing a vet back but not for at least a couple weeks.
