Derek Carr -- who finished the game with a phenomenal 513 passing yards and four touchdowns -- found Seth Roberts over the middle facing a 4th-and-4 from the 41-yard line, and a missed tackle from the Buccaneers cost them the game. Roberts absorbed the contact as two Buccaneers crashed into each other and sprinted into the end zone to win the game with under two minutes remaining in OT.

In all, the Raiders finished the game with 23 accepted penalties against them, setting a new NFL record -- and the number could have been even higher had the Bucs not strategically declined penalties.
