The Baltimore Ravens added arguably the best return man in NFL history Sunday, reportedly agreeing to a one-year deal with Devin Hester.

Hester's contract could be worth $4 million if the 33-year-old reaches incentives, according to NFL.com.

The 10-year veteran spent the past two years with the Falcons and was named to the Pro Bowl in 2014. Hester played in just five games last year after being placed on short-term injured reserve because of turf toe.

Hester has been a terror on kick returns during his career, scoring a combined 20 touchdowns on punt and kickoff returns. He passed Deion Sanders in 2014 to become the all-time NFL leader in touchdown returns.
