Los Angeles Rams Finally Scored a Touchdown (Video)

After two weeks of wondering what the end zone looks like, the Los Angeles Rams finally figured it out in Week 3 against the Buccaneers

The offensive ineptitude of the Los Angeles Rams became a punch-line through the first two weeks of the 2016 NFL season. After all, they somehow managed to go two games without finding the end zone a single time. That’s seemingly impossible in today’s NFL, but Case Keenum and the rest of Jeff Fisher’s crew found a way. Luckily for them, they played the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3.

Right out of the gate, the Rams offense seemed to have more firepower than we’d seen through their first two games. Then they made that not just a perception, but a reality. In particular, Keenum actually did something positive for the offense for a change.

Sitting 44 yards away from the end zone, Keenum took a shot down the middle of the field. Brian Quick had mercifully beaten his coverage over the top. Also mercifully, Keenum’s pass landed on target right in the arms of his receiver.

And it wasn’t even a fluke!

Of course, Case Keenum returned to form on the next drive. He threw another touchdown pass—only this one was six points for Kwon Alexander and the Bucs. Even still, it’s nice to see six points finally put on the board for the Rams in 2016.
