Former CFL DL Cleyon Laing signs with Dolphins

MIAMI (AP) Former Canadian Football League defensive lineman Cleyon Laing has signed a free-agent contract with the Miami Dolphins.

Laing totaled 15 sacks in three seasons with the Toronto Argonauts. He also played at Iowa State.

The Dolphins signed defensive end Cameron Wake out of the CFL in 2009, and he became a four-time Pro Bowl performer.

The team announced the Laing contract on Monday.
