Fisher among first to arrive at accident

New St. Louis Rams coach Jeff Fisher lent support to an auto accident victim Sunday night in Tennessee.

Fisher had been on his way home after having dinner with Brian Schottenheimer, whom he'd interviewed earlier in the day for the offensive coordinator position. Fisher said he was among the first to arrive at the accident scene and stayed with an injured 13-year-old boy until medical personnel arrived.

Fisher said Tuesday after his introductory news conference in St. Louis that the victim was in stable but critical condition.
