Eagles' Ryan Mathews remains in concussion protocol

Philadelphia Eagles running back Ryan Mathews missed practice again on Wednesday, and according to head coach Chip Kelly, he remains in the NFL's concussion protocol after leaving Week 10's game with a concussion.
