Eagles CB Fletcher out with concussion vs Chargers

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Bradley Fletcher is inactive against San Diego because of a concussion.

Fletcher started for the Eagles in their season-opening win against Washington. He was injured in the fourth quarter when he collided with a teammate.

Quarterback Matt Barkley, cornerback Shaun Prater, tackles Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly, defensive end Vinny Curry and tight end Emil Igwenagu also were inactive Sunday.

Chargers linebacker Manti Te'o remained out with a sprained right foot. Quarterback Brad Sorensen, wide receiver Seyi Ajirotutu, safety Brandon Taylor, linebacker Terrell Manning, guard Johnnie Troutman and defensive end Drake Nevis also were inactive.
